Safeguarding Lead
Serve as the primary point of contact for safeguarding concerns
Oversee safeguarding team, update policies, and ensure proper reporting and documentation
Assistant to Gatherings & Volunteer Coordinator
Support Marianna with scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks related to church operations and events
Help manage emails and documents to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
New Here & New to Jesus Team Leader
Lead a team for connecting with, hosting, and serving first-time guests and new believers
Requirements: Experience in team management, pastoral care, and admin; capacity for weekly to bi-weekly hospitality; 6–8 hours per month time commitment in addition to regular attendance on Sundays
Graphic Designer
Work with the creative team to bring ideas to life by designing cohesive and compelling visual assets for ministry events, gatherings, outreach, print, digital, social media, and in-house communication
Requirements: has experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools, values team creativity, and can take feedback and direction well
Time commitment varies by season and project load; we’ll work with you to determine what’s doable and sustainable for your schedule
Sunday Operations Team Member
Oversee Sunday service logistics, ensuring the building is fully prepared and ready to welcome guests and host gatherings and other events
Coordinate with team leaders and members, ensuring everyone is in position, equipped, and ready to serve
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness to spot and resolve issues quickly, creating a smooth and welcoming experience
Requirements: Minimum one Sunday per month (twice a month preferred)
Outreach Team Leader
Support the planning and execution of outreach events specifically linked with other churches and city-wide initiatives
Time commitment varies throughout the year
Sunday Security Team Member
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment during gatherings by monitoring key areas
Handle any disruptions or emergencies with discretion and gentle, calm authority
Work closely with staff and volunteers to support overall service flow and security
Health & Safety Assistant
Conduct regular checks and risk assessments to ensure compliance with standards
Maintain safety records and coordinate necessary training for staff and volunteers
Provide guidance during events and services to reduce risks and ensure safe environments
Communities Team Member
Work alongside Camilla and Pete to get Community groups up and running
Hours are seasonal. In peak season, this role would estimate 6–8 hours per month
